About CEMS MIM

Master in International Management (MIM) is a program offered by CEMS in 32 countries across the globe. In India, it is being offered for the first time in collaboration with IIM Calcutta. This program is the perfect opportunity for you to gain international exposure while doing a regular two-year post-graduate program at IIM Calcutta. The duration of the MIM course spans over two terms of over 2.5 months each. The modules of the course focus on your critical, analytical and managerial skills in various scenarios.

Course Structure 

The course is structured around block seminars, international internships, business projects, and a mandatory term abroad. Once admitted to the program, you are expected to complete a term in any of the CEMS member schools before proceeding to IIM-Calcutta for the last term. The CEMS also requires you to pursue certain elective courses that have been made mandatory. Additionally, you are also to take part in seminars on entrepreneurial skills and work on business projects. Furthermore, you are also required to pursue an international internship and language proficiency mandates. These electives help you in gaining insights into management and exposure to dynamic work environments.

Statistics have shown that over 96% of MIM graduates have successfully gained employment mostly at multinational companies. These job opportunities belong to three specific sectors—Consulting, Technology, and Consumer goods.
