Interview Process

The Zoho interview process comprises three rounds: Aptitude test (freshers), Basic and advanced programming rounds, and General HR interview.

Aptitude Test

The Zoho online test is a  basic aptitude test conducted for freshers who wish to apply to the company. It is usually an MCQ test and is conducted for a duration of 90 minutes. The questions are a combination of both general aptitude and programming aptitude.

Programming Rounds

Depending on the background of the applicant, the basic and advanced programming rounds of the interview vary. It is recommended that you brush up on the basics of the subject that you learnt during your degree. This will help you clear the different Zoho interview rounds for programming. Some of the general topics which are anticipated for the technical round are : 

  • Files and Storage
  • Database management systems
  • Operators and Processors
  • Coding problems
  • Data structures

HR Round

The questions presented in this round are very straightforward. Eligibility Criteria

The applicants must have completed their undergraduate degrees with no backlogs. They also must have at least a 60% score or 6.5 CGPA and above in their undergraduate. They should also submit copies of their 10th and 12th marksheets as well although no minimum score is required to apply for job positions at Zoho.

Tips for Preparation 

  • Ensure that you revise all the programming concepts and be prepared to answer or write the code for any question posed by the interviewer.
  • Practice by solving problems regularly so that you are able to solve aptitude questions quickly and accurately, and within the prescribed time. 
  • Try to interact with the interviewer in an approachable manner so that they are aware of your communication style and thought process.
  • Finally, be specific with your answers and do not provide details not pertaining to the question asked.
