Terms and Conditions 

  • This Program is developed by CareerLabs where Dr.Reddy’s is the content and the industry partner for internship
  • In case student is unable to clear Dr.Reddy’s interviews despite internal clearance during training, he/she will be offered opportunity to interview with other pharma companies organized by CareerLabs  
  • The top scorers of the qualification test by CareerLabs will be eligible for scholarships from CareerLabs 
  • The Fees for the program is charged by CareerLabs for delivery and training students in relation to the Program and Dr.Reddy’s is supporting the Program with the objective of skill development in Pharma sector and has no commercial involvement directly with student.
  • Students may be considered for Pre-placement Offers (“PPO”) at Dr. Reddy’s based on their merit and performance in the Program. Enrolment and completion of the program by students does not guarantee employment with Dr. Reddy’s. PPOs are subjected to available openings and hiring policy of Dr. Reddy’s, as may be applicable from time to time.

If I fail to clear the interview by Dr.Reddy's, what will happen?

We have you covered! CareerLabs will organize additional recruitment drives with other pharma recruitment partners to give you another chance to get into the industry. This is subject to Terms and conditions on clearing certain requirements during training .

Post Internship, what is the criteria to get get Pre Placement Offer (PPO)?

Students may be considered for Pre-placement Offers (“PPO”) at Dr. Reddy’s based on their merit and performance in the Program. Enrolment and completion of the program by students does not guarantee employment with Dr. Reddy’s. PPOs are subjected to available openings and hiring policy of Dr. Reddy’s, as may be applicable from time to time.

How much stipend will I get during Internship ?

The final stipend details will be confirmed by Dr.Reddy's HR Team. Tentative Stipend details will be communicated by the counsellors from CareerLabs.
