Peking University


Peking University is a research university and the oldest in China. Situated in Beijing — a culturally rich city and the capital of China —, Peking University was established in 1898 and is one of the top academic institutions in the world. Peking University requires that international applicants present a TOEFL score of at least 90, along with other application requirements. While the GRE and GMAT scores are not required, if you include these scores with your application it will be considered and a good score might improve your chances of getting admission.

The Peking University QS ranking 2022 is No. 18. The Peking University ranking for the 2022 QS World University Rankings Asia is No. 2. According to the Shanghai Ranking, Peking University is ranked No. 45. It is considered the No. 2 university in China.
